Main stages of recruiting candidates
Our process is based on rapidity and responsiveness, therefore, we expect the same qualities from our candidates.
By default, if candidates have not been contacted within ten days, they should assume that their application was not retained.
Only the people who meet at least 80% of the customer's needs are selected as candidates.
1. Sending your résumé and cover letter
If a search campaign catches your eye, send us your résumé and cover letter (in Word format). We put great emphasis on the cover letter, because it often makes the difference for Clients.By default, if candidates have not been contacted within ten days, they should assume that their application was not retained.
2. Qualifying candidates
Within a maximum of 48 hours (and often less), we will inform you if your profile matches the needs of our Client. We then send your application in a neutral format.Only the people who meet at least 80% of the customer's needs are selected as candidates.
3. VÉA Sourcing Interview
If the Client selects your application, we proceed to the first interview to make routine checks and prepare you for the Client interview.4. Client Interview
VÉA Sourcing organizes an interview over the phone or face to face with the Client. Most often, we are present to assist in decision-making and speed up the start of the mission.5. Validating the contract

At VÉA Sourcing, we believe that a good contract is essential to give the consultant peace of mind during his mission.
VÉA Sourcing ensures versatile contractual services. Two levels of contracts are established, one between VÉA Sourcing and the Client and the other between VÉA Sourcing and the Consultant.
Our main contractual terms provide for:

Our main contractual terms provide for:
- Exclusiveness of the consultant for the duration of the mission,
- Absolute Confidentiality of information related to the mission,
- Completeness of the mission, the consultant agrees, except in cases of force majeure, to carry out all tasks in accordance with the ethical rules of the profession,
- Payment of the consultant is connected to the payment received by VÉA Sourcing,
- Only expenses in line with the negotiated fee policy with the Client will be reimbursed,
- A mandatory Time Sheet signed by the Client, in addition to the consultant's invoice,
- Professional liability insurance is mandatory, for the duration of the mission,
- If necessary, proof of social security contributions to date, may be required,
- The contract is under the legal jurisdiction of the PARIS Commercial Court.
Types of profiles we are looking for
VÉA Sourcing is constantly looking for qualified professionals for its clients (consulting firms or companies).
For our Freelance candidates, we are looking for genuine independent entrepreneurs who have set up their own small enterprises or who propose umbrella company services, people who practice this profession by choice and who have demonstrated long-term viability. We favor "hybrid" profiles with operational and consulting experience ("dual role") and expertise in the basic principles of change, project and program management (PMO).
For our interim manager or transition manager profiles, we are looking for experienced candidates within known structures, who are able to integrate quickly into a new environment, a new company and a new team.
For our junior or senior consultant profiles, we are looking for candidates with first experiences in recognized firms, who master the basic principles of consulting and know how to deal with a Client.
